Press Release: UENOYES Balloon Days #3

The Implementation Committee for New Concept “Ueno, a Global Capital of Culture” and Arts Council Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture) will hold UENOYES Balloon Days #3 from Friday, February 22 to Sunday, February 24, 2019. It will take place in the Ueno and Yanaka areas and follows the previous UENO Balloon Days events in September and November. The event is part of the UENOYES project for social inclusion.
