The Implementation Committee for New Concept “Ueno, a Global Capital of Culture” and the Arts Council Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture) will hold UENOYES Balloon Days #2 from Friday, November 23 to Sunday, November 25, 2018 in the Ueno and Yanaka areas. The event is as part of the social inclusion theme of the UENOYES project.
